How we make this work
- Standard delivery included: Built into your turnaround. Delivery happens by the date shown at checkout—no separate shipping calculation needed.
- Expedited shipping for far-state orders: For East Coast and far-state orders on rush turnarounds, we automatically upgrade to expedited shipping so your deadline is met.
- Local pickup available: Pickup at our Los Angeles facility the same day production is complete. Select pickup at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
When the Turnaround Clock Starts
Your turnaround begins after these two steps are complete:
- Order placed. You complete your order on our website, by phone, or by email.
- Payment processed. Payment clears and your order enters our production queue immediately.
Bulk orders may need first-print approval
For larger orders, we may send you a photo of the first printed piece for your approval before producing the rest of your order. When this applies, your turnaround continues once approval is confirmed—so prompt responses help us keep your delivery on schedule.

Same-day printing is one of our signature services—but it's not a checkout option. To make sure we can deliver, every same-day order goes through a quick phone conversation first.

We hit deadlines consistently—but transparency matters. Here's what occasionally affects timelines:
- Artwork revisions. If your design needs changes after submission, each revision cycle adds time before production can begin. See our artwork requirements for tips on submitting print-ready files.
- First-print approval (bulk orders). When we send a photo of the first printed piece for bulk-order approval, late responses push your delivery date back.
- Large orders (over 5,000 pieces). Orders above 5,000 pieces may be assessed individually. Contact us—we'll review our workload and offer the best turnaround we can deliver.
- Out-of-stock garments. If the exact product or color you want is temporarily out of stock with our supplier, we'll offer alternatives or adjust the timeline.
- Peak seasons and holidays. Turnarounds may extend during peak seasons. We post announcements on our website and notify customers at checkout when this applies.
- Complex embroidery designs. Intricate embroidery with many stitch counts or color changes may require additional production time beyond standard embroidery turnarounds.

When does the turnaround clock start?
Your turnaround begins once your order is placed and payment is processed. For bulk orders that require a first-print approval, the turnaround continues once approval is confirmed.
Does the turnaround include shipping time?
Yes. When you select your turnaround at checkout, the date shown is your delivery date, not your ship date. We ship far-state orders earlier or use expedited shipping so your order arrives on time regardless of where you are located.
What products qualify for same-day printing?
Same-day printing is available on screen printing, DTG, and DTF orders using Gildan, Smart Blank, Bella+Canvas, or Lane 7 garments. Orders must be placed and paid by 11 AM Pacific Time, including Saturday. Same-day printing is not available at online checkout — call (800) 735-4304 to arrange.
Is same-day embroidery available?
Same-day embroidery is not guaranteed. New embroidery orders require logo digitizing, which typically adds 1 business day. Reorders using existing digitized files in our system may qualify for faster turnaround. Contact us to confirm.
Do weekends count as business days?
Business days are Monday through Friday. However, our facility also operates Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time, and we can accommodate some Saturday same-day orders for customers who call and finalize payment by 11 AM.
Do large orders take longer?
Orders up to 5,000 pieces typically fit within our standard turnaround tiers. Orders above 5,000 pieces may be assessed individually—contact us and we'll review our workload to offer the best turnaround we can do for your specific order.
Do turnarounds extend during holidays?
During peak seasons like holidays, turnarounds may extend depending on workload. We post announcements on our website and notify customers during the ordering process when this applies.
Can I rush an order after placing it?
Possibly—contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't started production, we can often upgrade to a faster turnaround for the standard rush fee. Once production has begun, upgrades may not be possible.
