What can you actually print same-day?
T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and tote bags are our most-fulfilled same-day items. Polos, long sleeves, performance wear, and other apparel are often possible too. The honest answer depends on the catalog stock at the time of your call. We check live inventory while you're on the phone and tell you what's available before quoting your deadline.
Why do I have to call instead of ordering online?
Same-day orders need three things confirmed before the press runs: catalog stock in your exact size and color, artwork that's actually print-ready, and a production slot we can hold for you today. A five-minute call locks all three. Online forms can't catch issues fast enough — a missing color or oversized logo only gets discovered hours later, after the deadline is already at risk.
Is there a minimum order for same-day printing?
No minimum on DTG and DTF, so single-piece same-day jobs work for personalized gifts, one-off brand samples, and small last-minute orders. Screen printing is best for bulk same-day runs. Embroidery has a six-piece minimum. The right method gets selected on the call based on your design, fabric, and deadline.
