What kids sweatshirt sizes do you carry?
Youth sizes XS through XL across the catalog. XS fits roughly age four to six, Small fits six to eight, Medium fits eight to ten, Large fits ten to twelve, XL fits twelve to fourteen. Sizing varies a bit by individual kid, so we recommend checking the size chart on the product page when you order. Mix sizes within a single order at no extra charge.
What's the print placement on smaller youth sizes vs larger?
Print size and placement scale to the garment size, not stay fixed. A chest logo on an XS youth sweatshirt would look oversized if we used the same dimensions as an XL print, and the same logo would look too small on an XL if we sized it for the XS. We adjust placement so the design reads proportionally across your full size range. For team orders with multiple sizes, this means your XS players and your XL players both have correctly-scaled prints when they line up next to each other. Just note your size mix at checkout and we handle the scaling.
Can I match adult and kid hoodies in one order?
Yes. The kids and adult products are separate items in our catalog, but the same design file prints on both with proportional sizing. Order the adult version from our hoodies catalog and the youth version here with the matching design. We position and size the print so the family or sibling set looks intentional. Common for vacation gear and reunion family hoodies.
Can each kid get their own name on the back?
Yes. Individual names, jersey numbers, or unique back text work great for youth sports teams, school field-trip groups, summer camp cabins, and birthday party squads. Send us the roster with your order and we'll print each sweatshirt with its unique back detail. Works for orders as small as two pieces.
What's the minimum order for kids sweatshirts?
DTG and DTF have no minimum, so single-piece orders for birthday gifts or personalized hoodies work easily. Screen printing is best for bulk orders. Bulk pricing kicks in at twenty-five pieces and improves at fifty and a hundred. School and team orders usually land in the twenty-five to a hundred range. Smaller orders work too, just without the bulk discount.
How long do kids sweatshirts last after multiple washes?
Gildan Heavy Blend is built for daily wear and washing. The fleece holds its shape and color through years of typical kid use. Prints last too — screen prints with proper ink cure should look fresh for years, DTG prints on cotton blends hold up well across dozens of washes, and DTF transfers stay vibrant through repeated washing when cured properly. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low for the longest print life. Schools we work with reorder the same designs three or four years later because the originals still look good.
