At Rapid Embroidery & Printing, we work hard to ensure your order is produced accurately and delivered on time.

Overview

Production time and shipping time are separate. Production covers how long it takes to prepare and create your items before they ship. Shipping time covers delivery after the carrier picks up your order.

Order Processing & Production Time

Processing times vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

  • Apparel & embroidery: 3–7 business days
  • Screen printing: 3–7 business days
  • Digital/DTG printing: 2–6 business days
  • Specialty finishing (foil, puff, color-matching, etc.): 5–8 business days
Production time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Shipping rates and speeds are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.

  • Economy: 2–8 business days
  • Standard Ground: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited / 2-Day: 1–2 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day (most U.S. locations)

Transit times are estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed once shipped.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address Information

Please enter your shipping address accurately at checkout. Rapid Embroidery & Printing is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date or estimated window.
  • Include your order number and any supporting photos (for damaged items).
  • We will open a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

For damaged shipments, please include photos of:

  • The outside packaging
  • The inside contents
  • The damaged product itself

Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Please note:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs inspections may cause additional delays.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high-volume seasons such as November–December, both production and shipping times may increase. Time-sensitive orders should be placed early.
