At Rapid Silk Screen Printing, we're focused on getting your custom apparel produced and delivered quickly, safely, and on time. All orders ship from our Los Angeles facility with full tracking included.
Production Time
Production begins after your order is placed and your artwork is approved. Choose the speed that works for your deadline:
Production includes printing, finishing, and quality inspection before shipment. During peak seasons, production windows may extend slightly—if you have a hard deadline, please contact us before placing your order. For more details, see our Turnaround Time page.
Shipping Rates
Simple, predictable shipping pricing for orders within the contiguous United States:

- Rates apply to standard ground service within the contiguous 48 states.
- Faster service levels (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) are available at checkout at additional cost.
- Sales tax and any discounts do not count toward the $100 free-shipping threshold.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship at calculated rates and may not qualify for free shipping.
How We Get Your Order to You On Time
The date you select at checkout is your delivery date — not your ship date. Behind the scenes, we use the right shipping speed for your location to make sure your order arrives by that date:
- Standard Ground — used when timeline allows (typically nearby states on Standard turnaround).
- 2nd Day Air — used to meet your delivery date when Ground won't get there in time.
- Next Day Air — used for far-state Rush and Super Rush orders, or when delivery date requires it.
You don't pay extra for the faster service level — we choose the shipping method that hits your delivery date, and the cost is built into your turnaround tier. The only exception is if you specifically request expedited shipping beyond what your turnaround requires.
Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS, but may also use FedEx or USPS depending on the destination, service level, and delivery time. Carrier selection is optimized for the fastest reliable delivery to your location.

How to choose pickup
- Online: Select Store Pickup as the shipping method at checkout.
- By phone, email, or chat: Let your agent know you'd like to pick up the order—they'll set it up on their end.
You'll receive a confirmation email or call once your order is ready for pickup. Bring your order number or confirmation email when you come by.
Same-Day Printing
Got a same-day deadline? We can help on select small orders, with two requirements:
Call us at (800) 735-4304 to confirm availability for your specific order. Our team will quote turnaround and pickup or shipping options on the call. Same-day printing capacity is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from the carrier handling your shipment (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). You can track the package on the carrier's website at any time.
If you selected Store Pickup, you'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup instead.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, doesn't arrive within the expected window, or is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out within 7 business days:

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
The date you select at checkout is your delivery date — not your ship date. Standard delivery is 7 business days, Rush is 5 business days, Super Rush is 3 business days. Same-day printing is also available by phone. We ship far-state orders earlier or use expedited shipping so your order arrives by the date shown at checkout, regardless of where you are. Yes. We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $9.79. Sales tax does not count toward the free shipping threshold.

Do you offer rush or same-day shipping?
Yes. We offer 5-business-day rush production and 3-business-day super rush production. Same-day printing is available on qualifying orders by phone only and must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time. Faster shipping options like Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air can be added at checkout. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
