Our Shipping Carriers

Every order ships from our Los Angeles facility with full tracking. We use three carriers to deliver nationwide:

Used for select small parcels, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking number.

Where to find your tracking

  • Email confirmation: sent to the address you provided at checkout once your order leaves our facility.
  • Order history: log into your account to view tracking on past and current orders.
  • Carrier website: use the tracking number on the carrier's site for the latest status (links above).

If you don't see a tracking email within the expected window, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping and the $9.79 flat rate apply to the contiguous 48 states only:

For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, we'll work with the carrier and resolve it for you. Please reach out within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

How to file a claim

  1. Email print@rapidssp.com or call (800) 735-4304 with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos of the damage (and the packaging, if applicable).
  3. Our team will open a claim with the carrier and confirm next steps within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we'll arrange a free reprint or full refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
What we cover: Damage during shipping, items lost in transit, and packages stuck in carrier networks. What we don't cover: Damage caused by incorrect shipping addresses or claims filed more than 7 business days after delivery.

Marked Delivered But Not Received

Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive, or leave them in unexpected spots. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package:

  1. Check around your property—porches, side doors, garage, and inside any delivery boxes.
  2. Ask neighbors and household members in case the package was misdelivered or signed for.
  3. Confirm the shipping address on file matches the address where you expected delivery.
  4. Wait 1–2 business days—late "delivered" scans sometimes resolve as the package shows up.
  5. If the package still hasn't appeared, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The most common cause of delivery delays and lost packages is an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Street address: include apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
  • PO Boxes: can only be delivered to via USPS. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes—please provide a physical street address whenever possible.
  • Business addresses: include the company name and any specific delivery instructions (loading dock, suite number, etc.).
We're not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you spot a typo right after placing the order, contact us immediately—if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier and service level are chosen automatically based on your destination and turnaround tier so your order arrives by the delivery date shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website: ups.com, fedex.com, or usps.com. The tracking number is also visible in your account order history.

Can I request a specific carrier?

If you have a strong preference for a specific carrier, contact us before placing your order at print@rapidssp.com or (800) 735-4304. Specific carrier requests may incur additional shipping costs.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping over $100 and $9.79 flat rate under $100 apply to the contiguous 48 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship at calculated rates and may not qualify for free shipping. We do not offer international shipping.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date at print@rapidssp.com or (800) 735-4304 with your order number and clear photos of any damage. We work with the carrier to file the claim and arrange a free reprint or full refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Why does my tracking show as delivered when I haven't received it?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Some orders can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure delivery, please provide a physical street address whenever possible.
