Screen Printing

The default for hoodies. Bold plastisol prints with up to 6 solid colors that hold up through years of laundry. Bulk pricing applies at every tier, with per-piece rates dropping meaningfully as your order size grows. Best for streetwear drops, gym brand runs, college Greek life, and team merch.

DTG Printing

Full-color, photo-quality printing onto 100% cotton hoodies. The right choice for detailed artwork, gradients, photo prints, and designs with more than 6 colors that screen printing can't reproduce. No setup fees, no minimum, works for a single sample or a hundred-piece full-color drop.

DTF Transfers

Frequently Asked

Pullover or zip-up hoodie: which should I order?
Pullover hoodies are the streetwear default. Bigger front print area, no zipper interruption, that classic over-the-head look. Zip-up hoodies (full-zip) layer easier and work better for athletic and uniform use cases. Quarter-zips fall between the two. If your design has a large front graphic, go pullover. If you need easy-on, easy-off, go zip-up.
Can you print on the hood or sleeve, not just the chest?
Yes. We print on chest, full back, hood, sleeves, and along the bottom hem. Hood prints work best as small text or simple logos because the curved surface limits detail. Sleeve hits are popular for tour merch and brand drops (great for dates or repeat logos). Tell us where you want the design placed when you upload your file.
Is there a minimum order for custom hoodies?
It depends on the printing method. DTG and DTF have no minimum, so you can order a single sample hoodie. Screen printing makes the most sense for bulk orders, with tiered pricing that drops per-piece cost as your order grows. How do you handle a hoodie drop with a launch date?
Bring us your launch date and we'll work backward. For a drop launching Friday, file approval needs to happen by Tuesday at the latest, sometimes Wednesday with rush production. Same-day mockup approval if you're available. Limited or numbered runs can be arranged at any quantity. Call us early in the process for the best timeline.
Can you print on garment-dyed or premium fashion hoodies?
Yes. AS Colour Box Crew and Stencil Hood (garment-dyed cotton), Independent Trading IND4000 (heavyweight pullover), Lane Seven LS19001 (oversized heavyweight) are all in our catalog. These premium brands take prints the same way standard hoodies do, just at higher per-piece cost. Most streetwear drops we handle are on these styles.
Do you ship custom hoodies nationwide?
Yes. We ship hoodies to all fifty states. Brand drops can be shipped to your fulfillment center or direct to customers (drop-shipping setup available). Local LA pickup is faster than any shipping option. Free shipping on orders over $100.
